{Oil Pressure Install}
{Installing an electric oil pressure gauge for the 2.4 LD9 engine}
First, locate your oil pressure switch, between the cam towers.  You'll see it below the metal fuel rails.
Here is a closer view of it's location and easy to find and get to.
Unplug the factory sensor and get a vice grip to remove the unit from the head.
Here's the unit removed and ready for the new unit to be installed.
Get a rag under the hole in case it leaks.  Clean your hole for the brass fittings.
Here's a makeshift setup of how to get the unit far away from the engine for installation.
This is the breakdown of the parts I used.  Easy to get at most auto parts stores.
Use 3-4 layers of the teflon tape.  Tighten down this setup first.  Don't overtighten.
Here is where I mounted the gauge.   I like it here and is a perfect spot for corner viewing of the gauge.

Here is the AutoMeter gauge working very nicely.   Cheap but effective for informational purposes.
